Biography
I am very proud to say that I am simply the best NY, CT and VT traffic court defense lawyer. This is not what I alone say, but this is what my clients say. When you read our testimonials you will see that our clients could not be happier with our responsiveness, accessibility, ease of service, but most of all results.
I am also proud of our mission statement - to bring quality and affordable legal representation to New York motorists charged with speeding, moving violations, DUI, and automobile crimes. We have been executing on this mission since the inception of my law firm.
I realized that the public needed such a focused legal service when I first started practicing criminal defense and would watch motorists, unrepresented, try to defend themselves. What was needed was a law firm savvy enough to create a business model to provide high quality criminal defense cost effectively to New Yorkers charged with speeding and other infractions. Out of that idea o ur website was born. The service could not be more affordable and convenient. Our clients do not have to go to court or come to our office, can pay by credit card, and we charge 1 low flat fee.
The second thing I did was partner up with just a tremendous trial attorney, my good friend and business partner Mark Kosofsky. Partnering up made each of us stronger, better attorneys and better advocates for our clients. We opened practice areas that neither one of us could have done on our own. Mark has been practicing personal injury for over 20 years. Mark has recovered millions for his clients injured in auto accidents, slip and falls, and the like.
Today our clients benefit from our growth. We have expanded to include almost the entire Northeast for speeding and traffic ticket defense. Our office is licensed in NY & CT and we have affiliate referral counsel in NJ, MA & RI.

Replied last December 15, 2022You can have your own opinion but not your own facts. When we were on the phone you you wanted to go on ad nauseam about how your situation was different and special. I explained to you that the facts you stated were not relevant at this time, there was nothing I can do with them, and that there is a way to reduce what you owe and get you on a payment plan so that your vehicle registration does not get suspended. I then tried to ask brief, pointed questions to get to the nature of the arrearages so that I could give you advice on what to do, what we do, and how we can help you. You ignored that and just kept on with your tale-of-woe so yes at that point I cut you off, and I'd do it again. I am happy to give a FREE consultation, but that does not mean that you get unlimited time to discuss anything that you want. I am a professional and know what is relevant and what is not, what is doable and what is not, and you simply failed to respect that. You then told me that you would find another lawyer to represent you and, finding none, you called me back. We then discussed your case and I gave you a price to get the work done. You then asked if I could give you a payment plan, and when I explained that if I did the work and you owed me money i would have loaned you money, and I don't loan clients money, you stated that other lawyers do it that way. I explained to you that in other practice areas you could do work in stages so the lawyer doesn't get behind in payment, but with this I do all of the work at once and if I am not paid in full I have just become an unsecured creditor. That I did not trust a total stranger that he would pay me back seemed to have upset you for some reason. I then told you that for half of my price, I could consult you on how to represent yourself, but you again needed a payment plan to afford that. I then asked of you could afford half of that, essentially 25% of my full price, and you said that you could. I explained that for that price I could advise you on what to do to prevent the DMV from suspending your registration, thereby buying you 4 - 6 months where you could still drive, work, and save money and, when you came up with the other half you could hire me to give you the consultation and tutorial on how to reduce your fines and get on a payment plan. You stated that you were going to send me your e-mail for the initial service of consulting you on delaying your registration suspension so that I could send you a payment link and contract to do the work, but you never sent me your e-mail. It's obvious to me that you had no intention of dealing with me in good faith and thought that you were either going to ear hustle me into telling you how to fix this yourself, or hustle me into doing the work with only your verbal promise to pay. I am 100% confident that I would have never gotten paid if I were dumb enough to agree to trust your word that you would pay me back. I do tremendous work for all of my clients. However, anyone reading this does not have to take my word for it. I have page after page after page of positive reviews - HUNDREDS in fact. Don't take this fake review's word for anything.
