We're here to serve those with concerns about legal issues, but we've taken prudent steps to reduce the possibility of exposure to the Corona Virus. All of our staff are not just vacinnated, they're boosted as well.
You can contact us via e-mail () or phone - and we can set up a secure video conference so that we can help with any issue that arises - including document signings. Note that while physical access to the New York Courts has been somewhat restricted. electronic filing remains available, and we're ready to deal with any situation that arises.

The best lawyer money can buy
Kristen Browde is the best lawyer money can buy. I had a contentious divorce mainly because I had an ex spouse that lied most of the time .she saw through every lie and kept me on the straight . Ii won everything I could possibly want to win. I got the house , child support and I would’ve gotten a ...

Hiring Ms. Browde was best decision I ever made
I could not recommend Ms. Browde more strongly to represent you in your legal matters. I had a situation where I had to be divorced and it came without warning. After being yanked around by a previous attorney I consulted AVVO who recommended Ms Browde. She took this very shook up Client, guided me t...

Excellent Attorney!
Kristen did a great job for me. She was always there for me during my divorce when things got rough. Finding the right attorney is so important. Hiring Kristen was the right move for me.

Horrible and unethical attorney
David Browde represented me during my divorce. He was very unprofessional and conducted himself in a very unethical manner. After I filed for divorce he thought it was a good idea " to pop by my then husband's office " to serve him with the divorce papers since " he was passing thorough grand central...
While not every client is going to be perfectly pleased, this posting by an individual who was, 4 1/2 years ago, a client for a very brief time is factually inaccurate and entirely misleading. This individual retained my firm in June 2011. At the client's specific request and in order to avoid delays and costs in having to hire a process server, so that we could quickly file an emergency motion, I personally served her former husband at his office immediately after filing the documents in Supreme Court, New York County, initiating the divorce case. Three weeks into the representation the client, as is her right, changed attorneys (the first of several such changes of attorneys during her years of ensuing litigation). And even after changing attorneys the client repeatedly called me asking for help on issues she couldn't get resolved through her new attorney - something that would seem unlikely if she truly believed me to be "unknowledgable and unfamiliar with NY law and not up to date with rules and regulations.". The one thing this client didn't do was pay her bill. Instead, as is her, right, she filed a request for a fee arbitration. But despite obtaining multiple adjournments, when the arbitration was finally held in April 2013 she didn't show up, resulting in a judgment being issued against her. When part of her case against her former husband settled in 2014, under an order from the judge handling the divorce case, her former husband's attorney paid part of the judgment amount out of money that would otherwise have been due the former client. This week the former client demanded that I file a satisfaction of the full judgment against her, and then, when I showed her that the judgment had not been fully satisfied, instead of paying the judgment - years after the brief representation ended - she filed the above "review." While some issues can not be publicly discussed because of the rules governing the conduct of attorneys in New York, some specific points can be made: 1. Attorneys in New York do not sign Orders of Protection, nor do they sign to have orders of protection revoked. 2. It would seem highly unlikely that in a marriage in which a party claims to have been the victim of domestic violence that it was the service of a divorce summons that caused "bad blood that we have still not been able to overcome." It's unfortunate that some individuals resort to this kind of action - and I hope that the other reviews give you an idea of the kind of representation I give clients on a daily basis.
"I wholeheartedly endorse this lawyer. A brilliant, trustworthy and highly respected attorney in the legal community."
"I endorse this lawyer. He has earned the trust of many clients while working on difficult and often complex matters."
"I have worked with David on some very complex and taxing family law matters. David is highly capable and respected, he knows the law and the judges in Westchester and NYC and has a lot of common sense. If he were a doctor, I would say he has great bedside manners, meaning he is just great with clients who are all in emotionally challenging situations. David is extremely easy to work with - courteous, calm, reasonable, always on time and available when one needs him. I always enjoy working with him."
"An extremely talented and well respected attorney in the legal community, I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer who knows the law and truly cares about protecting the rights of his clients and getting them the most favorable result possible."
"I endorse this lawyer. This attorney is one of the most highly respected attorneys by both the legal community and the court staff, including the judges. I am proud to endorse him and highly recommenced using him for your family law matters."
"I endorse this lawyer. David's frequent contributions to the AVVO community demonstrate his breadth of knowledge and commitment to his clients. He is an asset to the legal community."
