1200 was just taken out of my bank account and I have no idea who they are. They can't even find an account for me!

Bad debt Program
Worst program ever! Charged undisclosed fees and expected me to pay for a loan they took to cover this loan. I paid the last credit card debt, but they refused to release me from their program. The customer service team was horrible and never returned phone calls. SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE
I paid off my debt with them after paying them 25% from the balance of my account back in December and they still have not paid my creditors. They also continued withdrawal money from my account after I paid them in full.

Fee to death
Rip off ...yes they settle debts....but the fees are ridiculous. Not saving any money just lining their pockets....DO NOT USE

Not recommended
This firm has been nothing but a total disaster. When you ask to speak to someone on the legal team, they will yell you they are negotiating your debt, but there are no results to show. If you ask to get the name they are talking to at the bank or credit card company the can not give you an answer ...
