This firm completely failed me. They told me to stop paying my credit card so they could “negotiate,” which led to the credit card company suing me. Then the attorney assigned to my case didn’t even show up to my court hearing. They tried to deny it, but the court records signed by the judge prove th...ey were a no-show. Because of their terrible advice and total lack of representation, my account was charged off and my credit took a hit—something that never would have happened if I had just kept paying the card myself. I’m glad others may have had better experiences, but this company absolutely screwed me over. I would never recommend them to anyone.

If I could give negative stars I would. Stay away from this company! They start with great service but the moment you call to request something from them, it goes from person to person and never gets done. You ask for someone to call you back and they call back about a week later, this is after sayin...g it’s urgent. For the amount they charge you are better off paying your cards or negotiating yourself. Honestly the worst company to work with.

Not for nothing but it’s all in plain view, you can see the fees they charge in both their portals, I had 88G worth of debt, I settled for lesser amounts, some under 50% some over, but don’t complain if you don’t ask all the questions beforehand, yes they did go over their estimated timeframe by a li...ttle bit, this program is not for everyone. If you don’t have a decent income flow this method doesn’t work for you.
