They’ve now charged over $10,000 in fees to resolve $50000 of debt, making the fees way more than what I’m saving. Now that I have expressed concern about these fees, they no longer respond to any messages. Just days after I made a larger deposit into my account to expedite the debt resolution, they ...withdrew a similar amount in fees with no explanation.

Stay away is all I can say. Wish there was an option for zero stars. National Debt Relief forward me to this law firm. I was better off paying minimum payments than following their advice. They ruined my credit by advising not to make any payments and ignor creditors. There were accounts in go...od standings which I gave specific instructions NOT to include but they did. Outcome was the creditors in good standings closed my accounts. Gitmey gave me the runaround stating they didn't but they did. Found out after I demanded cease and desist. Four months passed and accounts became delinquent. Funny thing after 4 months accounts were not settled. Outcome was to sell my home and pay the creditors directly in full. Do NOT believe a word they say. They will say anything to keep you as a client just to cash in on their fees.

This firm has been nothing but a total disaster. When you ask to speak to someone on the legal team, they will yell you they are negotiating your debt, but there are no results to show. If you ask to get the name they are talking to at the bank or credit card company the can not give you an answer ... The lawyer lies to you. I am looking for a different company or will negotiate the debt myself.

If I could give negative stars I would. Stay away from this company! They start with great service but the moment you call to request something from them, it goes from person to person and never gets done. You ask for someone to call you back and they call back about a week later, this is after sayin...g it’s urgent. For the amount they charge you are better off paying your cards or negotiating yourself. Honestly the worst company to work with.
