Great with debt, bad customer service.
They handled the credit card debt well, but I have been unable to close my account, get a refund from the extra money that they said they would give me, and they're still trying to take money out of my bank account four months after final payment was made.

Happy so far...
I hired them after my divorce to help me out of marital debt I was buried in totaling about 25xxx. I was able to reduce my payments over the holidays without problem, and just made an extra deposit and was told they are in negotiation with one of my 2 creditors. Something I couldn't have resolved on ...

Worked for us
I see alot of negative reviews on here. They worked for us, consolidated and settled 5 credit cards. Sure, it came with few complications and was about 9 months longer than expected. But they worked, all debt was settled.. when you cannot afford your debt and keep sinking, they provide a way out.
