Eric took on our housing discrimination case and handled it beautifully. The case was resolved quickly and efficiently and our settlement definitely exceeded our expectations. From the time that I met Eric Dinnocenzo, Esq. through this long litigation, he has been very, very honest and straight forward in keeping myself focused on the winning points of our case. His due diligence and lawyer skills are outstanding. He kept me and himself full informed and aware what was h...appening in our case through his in-depth discovery and subpoenaing needed witnesses. He maintained a cordial relationship with the opposing lawyers without giving away the winning strategies that ultimately won our case. Sometimes, I was discouraged and not focused on the winning strategy. He would gently persuade me to look at the main focus of our case (which was necessary to keep in mind throughout the trial process). He worked very, very hard on discovery with other witnesses and recovering needed information from the opposing lawyers. All deadlines where and when we had to be, he ensured that I was fully informed and that I knew where I had to be (trial, appointments, etc.). His diligence is so "on-point" that he actually notified me from his vacation via email in a foreign country to let me know that we had won the case. Any difficulties that arose, he made it seem that he was always "on my side step by step" and he simplified the legal aspects of the case so my anxieties was very low concerning the whole long process of the litigation. Eric Dinnocenzo is a lawyer that you want representing you in a complex litigation. This particular case dealt with my employer not providing a reasonable accommodation to my work injury disability (which had resulted in myself being temporarily disabled). He was very capable and astute in preventing the opposing lawyers from sidetracking our strategy that ultimately was the correct one for winning the case. His trial demeanor was calm, persistent and focused to getting the Trial Judge to understand the truth of what had happened to me. He was very diligent in getting the witnesses to reveal needed inforamtion in their testimony concerning what we were trying to reveal & prove to win our case. His legal briefs (verbal & written) submitted were done in an outstanding expert manner that reflected a very excellent understanding of the law and precedents. Overall, I was very, very satisfied with Eric's representation in our case. I don't think I could have won the case without his expert and professional legal representation.
