Construction litigation

Anthony Capasso represented the firm I work for in a construction related incident. there were a few parties that were named in the case as defendants. Mr. Capasso kept his focus on seperating the parties and clearing my company. He actively sought documents from all parties that he knew would be be...nifiecial to my case. It was handled so well that I never had to enter a court. Mr. Capasso has continued to help with other legal issues we have had to face. he is always willing to help or recommand another lawyer more familiar with the issue.
