I hired Eric Dinnocenzo because of his great success and experience in life insurance and long-term disability matters. I especially needed his expertise to handle my long-term disability claim after the insurance company denied my claim, after two years. Every time the insurance company tried to m...aneuver, Eric was already ahead of the game; he thought outside the box and shook them up. Eric could predict their moves and with his thorough, knowledgeable (case law) and creative writing skills, he could circumvent Goliath, on every turn. We had an uphill battle against the "arbitrary & capricious" ruling found in most, if not all, long term disability policies. Eric could convince the Judge that we were entitled to depositions and records of the insurance companies adjusters and physicians; unheard of. Thereafter, Eric could convince the insurance company that an early resolution was in the best interest of all; we avoided heavy trial costs, in a corporate favorable Federal Court. He believed in me and fought vigorously; nothing came easy. I admire his professionalism, patience and good nature. He handled my case exclusively; I did not have to deal with any associates.
