My case is very complex that involves a law not a lot of people (even lawyers!) are familiar about —Child Status Protection Act. I have been to 4 different lawyers in three states (NJ, NY, PA), none of them attempted to take my case for different reasons - the first two weren’t familiar with it, the ...third and fourth one said that my case was very risky and they weren’t willing to take it on. Nine months after submitting my I-485 case, he accompanied me to my interview.
