My Family and I cannot find the words to describe Ms. Ruchi Thaker is simple the best. She is very patient because my husband always has a question and the first thing he says to me is "call Ruchi." My husband and I were denied resident Status at our interview and the Officer that interviewed us, tol...d us to find a good lawyer not just any Lawyer but a good Immigration Lawyer he said after being denied resident status. I couldn't be happier with the services I got from Ruchi for my case! From the consultation until the end of my case, she was with me every step of the way, no matter how many questions I had, or when I asked. She replied to emails right away (even on nights and weekends), and when she couldn't ans...wer, she told me she would get back to me (just so that I knew she got my message). I felt like I was talking to a friend. Without her help and guidance, my case would have been stuck with CIS forever! She is direct and doesn't just tell you want you want to hear. So if you want a lawyer who just says things to make you happy, she may not be the one for you. Very unprofessional In my experience, she was very bad at following up, and would either not respond to emails at all, or respond 3 days later with 1-liner emails like: "I am in middle of emergencies. Cannot reply right now." She's knowledgeable if you can meet her, but she can be very confron...tational and unresponsive (which she blames on how busy she is with "emergencies").

I went to her after 2 years of no answers on my citizenship case she said I got u she started with my case and im having my oath ceremony next week all thanks to her she literally changed my life I was depressed I didn't know what to do now everything changed And her price was very very fair other l...awyers would've charged 3 times of what she did I asked if u have a case of any type with immigration trust me go to her it's very hard to find amazing smart and someone get the job done like ruchi thaker.
