I just want to start off by saying I had a very complicated case and was in removal proceedings. I had consulted with multiple lawyers - some knew how to proceed with my case while others had no clue what advice to give me. However, all that changed when I met Ms. Ruchi Thaker. She knew exactly what ...needed to be done for me to lawfully adjust my status. She was very organized and always prepared a detailed list of documents of what needed to be provided to USCIS and Immigration Court. She was very generous with her advice and time, and always gave me extra time whenever I had questions and concerns regarding my case. My case was very frustrating as USCIS and immigration court had long delays in scheduling and processing it. However, I am extremely grateful that I chose Ms Ruchi to represent me. She always prepares very good evidence packages to submit to USCIS and Court and makes sure to include all possible documents to support your case. My lawyer did what other lawyers failed to do. Got my working papers for me while under supervision and eventually getting me my green card. I’m writing this as a lawful permanent resident after an 18-month case! My husband and I approached Ruchi to help with our case for my permanent residency (after an overstay).
