I'm really thankful for Ruchi Thaker to be my immigration attorney. She assisted me with my naturalization process after different lawyer handled my cancellation of removal which was triggered by criminal drug convictions. I just want to start off by saying I had a very complicated case and was in removal proceedings. I had consulted with multiple lawyers - some knew how to proceed with my case while others had no clue what advice to give me. However, all that changed when I met Ms. Ruchi Thaker. She knew exactly what ...needed to be done for me to lawfully adjust my status. She was very organized and always prepared a detailed list of documents of what needed to be provided to USCIS and Immigration Court. She was very generous with her advice and time, and always gave me extra time whenever I had questions and concerns regarding my case. My case was very frustrating as USCIS and immigration court had long delays in scheduling and processing it. However, I am extremely grateful that I chose Ms Ruchi to represent me. I couldn't be happier with the services I got from Ruchi for my case! From the consultation until the end of my case, she was with me every step of the way, no matter how many questions I had, or when I asked. She replied to emails right away (even on nights and weekends), and when she couldn't ans...wer, she told me she would get back to me (just so that I knew she got my message).
