I am a NYC-based immigration lawyer focusing on immigration appeals and motions to the court and the Board of Immigration Appeals, deportation defense (criminal and non-criminal), federal court litigation, family-based immigration, asylum, naturalization, and consular processing.
I do NOT handle ANY employment-based immigration, student visa matters, or tourist visa matters.
I provide my legal services at affordable and competitive rates. My goal is to help my clients stay in the United States with their families.
