Great lawyer!

I hired Matthew for my case and he has been a great attorney. He helped immensely and has vast knowledge of immigration law. For your information he has argued before the supreme court.

A Brilliant Lawyer

Matthew is a brilliant lawyer. I have hired him for my 751 case. I have hired lawyers for every step of my immigration case, but Matthew is unlike any lawyer I have met, and I guarantee that he is unlike lawyers you will ever meet. He is especially not your typical money-minded New York lawyer who ch...arges $250 for 15 minutes of "consultation" only to tell you your case is hopeless. He does free consultations. Yes you heard that right, his consultation is free. He is thoroughly knowledgeable about immigration law; has a deep ethical sense; and above all else, is very reasonably-priced lawyer. He is so reasonably-priced that I could not believe my ears. He of course cannot take all the cases he gets, but if he does agree to take your case you will be lucky. If you read up on him you will see that he has argued before the Supreme Court on a very difficult immigration case. Do yourself a favor and ask him to represent you.

Immigration Lawyer- Courteous and Reliable

Its difficult to write a review with only limited amount of space. Matthew is an amazing Immigration Lawyer , his dedication and strong will in pursuing the case is just lovely. He helped me and my family through a difficult case and I can not express how much time and effort he put in preparing the ...case as well as preparing me for the witness stand. I strongly urge to choose this lawyer because he is humble and has an enormous knowledge of Immigration Law. The most sterling fact about Matthew in my case was he was able to win my case in just few minutes , literally. On point . Can't get any better than that. Thank you matthew god bless you!

Relationship: Worked for lawyer

"I endorse Mr. Matthew Guadagno. I have worked under his supervision as a student clerk in 2005-2006. Mr. Guadagno's experience, attention to detail, and knowledge of the law is extraordinary and unmatched. His record of winning for his clients speaks for itself. Not only is he a superb attorney, he is also a very hard worker. Mr. Guadagno will do whatever it takes to advance his clients' interests. With each win, he is not only advancing the cause of one client, but has a global perspective on changing the law through the appellate process. It is not unusual for Mr. Guadagno to work on major cases and legal issues of his clients before the United States Court of Appeals or even the United States Supreme Court. He is a serious player in the field."

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I have known Matt since 2006 when he was a partner and I was a senior associate at a leading immigration law firm in Manhattan. We worked on numerous cases together, mostly complicated federal court cases and BIA appeals, pulling all nighters often, so I know Matt's ability and skills as an attorney firsthand. Matt is one of the brightest, hard working, and ethical immigration attorneys I know. In fact, Matt built the reputation of the law firm where we both worked by winning numerous precedents at U.S. Court of Appeals level, right below the U.S. Supreme Court. There are only a handful of immigration attorneys who have won as many precedents as Matt. Many immigration attorneys from all over the country contact Matt for guidance when they have no one to turn to for answers to tough questions. Any client would be lucky to have Matt as his/her attorney in complicated immigration matters."

"Matthew is one of the best immigration lawyers in the country, and I highly recommend him. I met Matthew when I began working for a fast-paced NYC immigration law, where Matthew was my supervising attorney. Matthew taught me what I know about immigration law. He was patient and diligent on every project. Matthew is highly sought after in the immigration community for speaking engagements and for his knowledge of the federal court process. Matthew is an inspiration to all of us to be better immigration lawyers!"
