Excellent Lawyer! Just like everyone those when its goes through a bad experience, we all start searching online look at all the reviews to get a good idea of what lawyer best fit ours needs. We found Ms. Ruchi Thaker on February 2010. We read all the reviews and feel comfortable with what we ha...ve read. We called her and make an appointment for a consultation. I was in a very difficult position even through I have a previous lawyer. She when through all the possible procedures that we can do to resolve the problem. Just to give you an idea of what my situation was, let just start saying that I was facing deportation and also accused of a fraudulent entrance. Ms. Ruchi did everything possible to proved my liability to stay in this country in which I being leaving for over 15 years. We went to court multiples times and we always got move to a different date base on things that we cant control. But finally in October of 2018 after 9 long years of waiting I was granted to be a permanent resident base on an I-601 waiver, which it took, lots of afford and work from Ms. Ruchi. My family, which started with only 1 child when I hired Ruchi, now is a family of 3 children and we are pleased to, thanks her for her amazing job. She always wants it to keep the family together, so she put all her experience and knowledge on my case. I went to her after 2 years of no answers on my citizenship case she said I got u she started with my case and im having my oath ceremony next week all thanks to her she literally changed my life I was depressed I didn't know what to do now everything changed And her price was very very fair other l...awyers would've charged 3 times of what she did I asked if u have a case of any type with immigration trust me go to her it's very hard to find amazing smart and someone get the job done like ruchi thaker.

First of all, I have never met a more reliable, polite, punctual and effective attorney than Ruchi. The reason why she is so effective is that she does ALL the WORK that you hire her for by herself. She is a true PROFESSIONAL in all aspects if the word. When you call her office, Ruchi will personally... answer the phone instead of letting interns or receptionists talk to you. We all know how receptionists can give us the run-around. My case was closed and I was facing removal and even deportation because of all kinds of omissions and errors in my case and that some of my previous attorneys missed responses and other things. However, everything changed once I spoke to Ruchi. She told me that she can fix everything and get me on a path to get my green card after I had gone through a real painful experience. She told me exactly what to do every step of the way and she followed through with that promise and 9 months later I got my green card! When it was time that I was eligible to naturalize and be a US citizen, I thought of no other attorney than Ruchi. I contacted her, and again she gave me instructions on what to do and 9 months later again, I was naturalized as a US citizen! What is even so beautiful about Ruchi is that she agreed to travel to be with me at my citizenship interview.
