I couldn't be happier with the services I got from Ruchi for my case! From the consultation until the end of my case, she was with me every step of the way, no matter how many questions I had, or when I asked. She replied to emails right away (even on nights and weekends), and when she couldn't ans...wer, she told me she would get back to me (just so that I knew she got my message). First of all, I have never met a more reliable, polite, punctual and effective attorney than Ruchi. The reason why she is so effective is that she does ALL the WORK that you hire her for by herself. She is a true PROFESSIONAL in all aspects if the word. When you call her office, Ruchi will personally... answer the phone instead of letting interns or receptionists talk to you. We all know how receptionists can give us the run-around. My case was closed and I was facing removal and even deportation because of all kinds of omissions and errors in my case and that some of my previous attorneys missed responses and other things. However, everything changed once I spoke to Ruchi. She told me that she can fix everything and get me on a path to get my green card after I had gone through a real painful experience. She told me exactly what to do every step of the way and she followed through with that promise and 9 months later I got my green card! When it was time that I was eligible to naturalize and be a US citizen, I thought of no other attorney than Ruchi. What is even so beautiful about Ruchi is that she agreed to travel to be with me at my citizenship interview. She handled my immigration case from motion to reopen to adjustment of status for permanent residency. She was fully and totally committed from day one. I first met Ruchi last year when I was looking for lawyers to help me with my daca application. While I am a bit late to the DACA game, it was years of living in fear of being deported that caused me to not take advantage of this opportunity. After our first attorney failed us on numerous occasions, we decided it was time to change our attorney. We found Ruchi Thaker on google and hired her based on the reviews she received form past clients. Our case was the first case she EVER had a denial on for the I-601 waiver. Ruchi was anxious ...to refile the denial because she felt like the reasoning behind the officer’s decision was not reasonable. We refile in February, 2015 and we got an interview notice for October, 2015. At the end of our interview the officer said she has to review the files and we will hear from her via mail. The officer also stated that she needs to review and file and let us know what else she needed via RFE. Two days later we were inform by Ruchi that the case was approved. This was the day we long prayed and waited for. Our journey commenced in 2010 and when I say a journey I literally meant a journey. This journey has come to an end on October 23, 2015.
