Just to give you an idea of what my situation was, let just start saying that I was facing deportation and also accused of a fraudulent entrance. We went to court multiples times and we always got move to a different date base on things that we cant control. But finally in October of 2018 after 9 long years of waiting I was granted to be a permanent resident base on an I-601 waiver, which it took, lots of afford and work from Ms. Ruchi.
