They are so rude. I literally called their office just to get information about my situation. They’re belittling and talking down on me like I’m clueless or stupid , asked them to explain the entire eviction process and the timeline and what’s included and the guy on the phone says are you going to ...stop wasting my time lady? I was shocked, all I did was just ask their process, turnaround time etc. it’s a good thing I chose a different firm because these guys are extremely rude and act like they’re the best eviction lawyers out there . With this conduct they definitely aren’t and I’ll make sure I inform others to search elsewhere

we hired Robert back in 2022 to evict a squatter but he kept dragging the case out and kept billing us nonstop. his favorite excuse was that COVID was delaying the court when we asked him why it's taking so long. in the end it took him a full 2 years just to get the judgment (another 5 months for t...he warrant) . the best part? we were up against those free legal aid society lawyers the anxiety knowing a squatter is destroying your home while the lawyer tasked with helping us is just milking us dry. horrible experience and would never recommend him. They did nothing but take my money . Served renters a 90 day notice 150 days later still no court date . The tenants eventually moved out in their own without paying. Then 2 months later they billed my card and told me it was a closing out fee or something to that nature . The nerve of them ! DEFI...NITELY WOULDN’T REFER THISE ATTORNEY IT COMPANY

I’ve been a landlord in a family business of over 40 years in Manhattan. Due to the pandemic, I did not vet properly and got stuck with a tenant that abruptly stopped paying rent. We regained possession of the apartment in less than 3 months! I truly hope I do not ever need to deal with another eviction, but if so, I certainly who to call. Robert and his team especially Dmitriy are extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They are so responsive to answer all my questions and concern. They helped me to resolve my eviction problem successfully six years ago. Without a doubt, I hired Robert again this August when I came acros...s another tenant eviction case.
