What can I say about Emre Polat except that he's an EXCELLENT lawyer. I never met an attorney so dedicated and prepared at all levels with so much knowledge about employment law. I normally don’t write reviews but I want to write this one because I feel like Emre has changed my life and eased my anxiety after I hired him as my lawyer. He has made me feel so at ease about the situation and aggressively negotiated a settlement for me after I was wrongfully terminated by my empl...oyer after 7 years of dedicated service!!! I don’t think I had some case and other attorneys were misleading me about the laws and asking for money up front.  I’m so glad to have met this intelligent and charming attorney! I also read reviews before hiring Emre and truly agree with everyone else that his knowledge and experience with the employment laws are incredible! You will realize this from the beginning as even the lawyers of my ex-employer knew who he was.  I’ve consulted with other attorneys as well and they don’t even compare. It’s hard to deal with such situations when your job has been taken from you in one day after years of service but Emre and his team were true advocates on behalf of me, which is exactly what I needed. I can’t thank you enough!

If you are looking for an experienced employment lawyer who is a true advocate for you and your case, Emre is absolutely the best. When I found myself in need of a lawyer, I was really depressed and stressed but throughout the entire process Emre kept me informed of what was going on and always consu...lted me about each decision and step he and his team were taking. He truly knows his stuff when it comes to employment law and if you work with him, you'll know that from the very first conversation you have. Here is my most sincere advice; If you are on the fence, and do not know which attorney to retain, look no further! He listened to me attentively and did not make any promise, but took the time to examine the pros and cons of the case; and as he did, he considered not just the strengths but also the... possible weaknesses of the case in order to favor objective assessments as opposed to subjective assumptions. And so, he sought to adhere to facts and the law, and by doing so, he helped me to stay focused on a possible outcome that would be equitable and proper (in light of his many years of experience in labor law); In sum, at all time, I had a sense that I was dealing with a down-to-earth attorney who, while understanding my pain, remained focused on reaching the best outcome for the case, which he did. I highly recommend Emre Polat!

Emre is smart and straightforward. I also appreciate his response turn around time. I met him late in the game of my discrimination case and wish that I had met him sooner. He was clear and honest with me with my options. I decided that I didn't want to continue with my discrimination case at thi...s point so I didn't want to waste his time. If only I met him earlier, I know things would have been much better for me. Discrimination cases are a long tough road but I can tell that Emre can handle it.
