J Bruce Weinman

He saved my life. Two years ago I was illegal. I am embarrass to say but its true. When I went to Weinman I lost all hope. It was middle of June, I made an appointment to meet him about O1 visa. I already failed the lottery for H1 on April 1st even though I have a sponsor. I was really shock. I explained to him about my situation.. Honestly, I met or spoke with 5 Korean lawyers to apply O1 visa, and they said that my c...ase was really bad. No award, recent graduated student, a sponsor in very small company.. etc. All lawyers said that you were not able to received the O1 visa because your experiences in Korea and US were not extraordinary. However, Mr. Weinman told me there is some possibilities if I gave him whatever he asked for, and he asked me to get a lot of recommendations from clients or employers. At the first time he mentioned, I could not believe him. Actually, I doubt him... Anyway, I paid some portion of fee and start to gather all the information that he wanted to see. I was lucky that I can get a recommendations really soon, and I sent him whatever I received the letter. But, he was really different lawyer than others that I met before. He did not ask me what was missing OR mistake.. I just sent information, and kept waiting his notice. After 7 weeks (7 days before my OPT END), he suddenly asked me when is your OPT end. Oh gosh.... I was panic... I thought he should know all things about me because he was my lawyer... I told him my information, and he started to say! 'let's apply O1 visa before your OPT end'. AND!!! HE REALLY FINISH ALL DOCUMENTS BEFORE OPT END AND APPLY MY APPLICATION 2 DAYS BEFORE MY OPT END. How awesome! After that, I was waiting the notice from USCIS, and finally I got a approval!!!! I appreciated his effort and consideration. Now I know how he is really great lawyer!! I definitely recommend to apply O1 visa with him if whoever has any issue.! You should speak with him, talk with him and get a approval :)
