Definitely recommend Eric

Eric is the best attorney. I am so grateful I called him and he was able to resolve the problems I was having.

Devastation

I employed Eric Sanders to represent me against several defendants regarding racial discrimination, racketeering, bait and switch, breach of contract, unethical business practice and countless more. He agreed to take an amount of $30,000 to start my case and I signed illegal agreement with him to rep...resent me. this attorney did not communicate to one defendant, put one defendant on notice, and told me not to share with anyone that he was my attorney. As a result that was great harm for his inaction of being my lawyer which was afflicted upon me and my family. I do not recommend this attorney. It was a horrible experience for me.

Took my money 30k and did nothing!

I am employed Eric Sanders to represent me on a discrimination, racketeering, breach-of-contract, switch and bait and etc. He told me it would cost me $30,000. He said after I signed his contingency agreement and giving him the last cash I had he assured me that he would fight victorious against my d...efendants. Eric did nothing! He didn't send one letter out, make one phone call, communicate on any format to the defendants and he told me to keep quiet. Meanwhile there were legal actions that he has an obligation to do to protect me he instead did absolutely nothing and told me not to tell anyone that he was my lawyer! Eric is a charlatan. Instead of him doing what he supposed to do he is on just too many people. Look at his rating. If he was a good lawyer he would have all 5 Stars! He's got a lot of great political relationships but he's a sneak and he's a liar! I would never trust him and I don't recommend anyone else to do either!

Disgraceful. Would not give any stars if not required.

Withdrew from case leaving me at an unfair advantage. Attempted to drop my case with opposing party without my knowledge or consent. Integrity very much in question. Improperly filed legal paperwork. Do not hire. Run far away.

Worst Lawyer, Agreed

I was a client of Mr. Sanders. He took 10K from me and withdrew himself from my case. This forced me to find another lawyer.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
