Mishka L. Marshall has been practicing law since 1995, when she joined Arizona's largest full service law firm. Mishka's practice has included representing employers and employees in employment litigation, insurance defense work, commercial litigation, and personal injury.
Mishka has represented clients in Arizona's federal, state, and justice courts, as well as at arbitration and mediation. Mishka has also served as an arbitrator.
In 2001, Mishka founded Marshall Law Group, P.C., (now Marshall Law, P.C.) a boutique law firm that represents small businesses and employees in employment cases. The firm's practice also includes contract disputes or commercial litigation and personal injury cases.
Mishka has extensive experience mediating EEOC charges, having successfully represented clients in dozens of mediations.
Mishka actively supports a number of community organizations. She has volunteered for the YMCA Achievers Program, Habitat for Humanity, the Volunteer Lawyers Program, 12 News Lawyers on Call, and Wills for Heroes.
Mishka enjoys traveling, water sports, and spending time with her family.
