I feel it is my obligation to revise the rushed review which I gave Lawyer Marshall at the time when I was so desperate and really needed anybody who could listen to me, let alone help me with consultations. Everything was going OK as I kept paying the consultation fees, then all of a sudden without any issues between us she stopped picking up the phone or responding to email. I didn't know what happened. Having earned money from me, she went dead silent. If she thought that I had no case or something she could have simple told me that. I called her repeatedly until I stopped, then went and found another lawyer who was very truthful and much more experienced. If you deal with her just make sure she doesn't go silent on you and leave you in the cold. I guess we live and learn.

Ms. Marshall has handled four different cases for our family. In each of these cases, she was experienced, dedicated, honest, relentless, leaves no stones unturned and always working in the best interest of her clients. She is caring, keeps you informed and sets your mind at ease. She says what she means and means what she says. She clearly loves what she does and makes you feel like you are her only client as she is committed to your case. She has become our family attorney and if it is beyond her scope of expertise she will refer you but only if she knows you are in capable hands. Her expertise in her field of work is to be commended and recognized as an expert. Thank you Ms. Marshall for being a person of integrity and great character. Your love for your job, respect for others and genuine caring spirit makes you a true asset to the legal field.

I thank my luck for waiting until I was able to consult with Ms. Marshall rather than someone else. I left here quite satisfied. She understood my case points quickly and offered me great advise which was echoed at the EEOC the next day by intake personnel. She showed concern for the effects of discrimination on me and was vigorous in promising to help me going forward. This was definitely consultation fee well spent.
