WORST ATTORNEY EXPERIENCE EVER
He took our payment of $18,000, which he promised was the best price in NY, he quit 3months in and kept all the money stating he earned it. So now we would have to pay another attorney to fight that... EVERYONE AVOID HIM and google for respected attorneys with perfect reputations...

Replied last April 07, 2018Mr. Sanders have never met or done business with Ms. Mary. Mr. Sanders nor The Sanders Firm, P.C. have ever received any monies from Ms. Mary. Although Mr. Sanders had NO DEBT, he filed for bankruptcy protection to protect his client from harassment. Mr. Sanders was 'illegally' held in contempt by the bankruptcy judge in response to protecting his client from harassment. After being held in contempt for several days, once released, the bankruptcy judge 'quietly' stepped down as a result of holding Mr. Sanders in contempt. The Disciplinary Committee took NO ACTION against Mr. Sanders. Mr Sanders DOES NOT have an arrest record. Nor have Mr. Sanders ever been accused of a crime.
