Our closing exceeded the communicated timelines and Sital worked through with us a “time of the essence” provision. Even when weather conditions prevented our from traveling back to NJ, Sital took the needed action steps. 2) Expert Resource Our recent transaction involved an investment property. Sital provided expert guidance on how the contract should be drawn up. He facilitated our subsequent lease agreements as well.
