He was our Attorney when we bought our Home. Being the first time buyer, we didn't know many legal things involved in the transaction. We are glad we chose Mr. Shah. He has guided us through all the phases of our closing. Answered all our questions. Responded to all our queries before the end of day.... He really works very hard and round-the-clock as we received his emails/responses many times around midnight and I even remember talking to him past 11pm. He is very specific and prompt with paper work and even went ahead chasing the Seller's Attorney for the paperwork that needs to be completed by him. His staff is very friendly too and we never had problem communicating. I would definitely recommend Mr. Shah as your Attorney.

I have worked with Sital on two different transactions one for bank owned property and another one for new construction loan with bank. Mr. Sital Shah provided legal guidance/services on my behalf on a bank owned house. He came highly recommended by my realtor agent and boy was my realtor right about his expertise. During closing he helped explained all the paperwork and really looked out for my best interest. He was even able convin...ce the bank to waived the penalty fees ($150.00 per day) due to delay paperwork from my bank. Total cost of saving was over 2k at closing. Post-closing he fallow up with me on numerous occasion to make sure I received all the paperwork from the tittle company. Quite frankly Mr. Shah and his staff exceeded my expectation. I have purchased a single family home back in Oct 2016 and Mr. Shah was my real estate attorney. A few things to note - After consulting about a dozen attorneys, my first interaction with Mr.Shah was simply enough to proceed to hire him as my real estate attorney. Let me tell you why - - He ex...plained the entire process from the time of getting into contract to the point of closing. - How much that would cost me and he even itemized the costs. - He even told me that he is available pretty much all the time for any questions that I may have and true to his statement, he was responsive even on weekends when I had questions about some things finalizing my mortgage with the bank that I had to go with. - My interaction with other attorneys was very brief and pretty much every one gave me a rough number for the fees and other things and said, we may incur another $300-$500 additional depending on the things that adds up before closing etc. I have no clue what those things are and how they get added up. But Mr. Shah was patient enough to explain me every step in detail and what to expect of him through out this entire home buying process. Closing: The closing really took less than 45 minutes, all the documents were in order and ready, his assistant was simply prepared to explain things and you just sign them. Before you realize all the closing is done and you are a New Home Owner. The entire closing process was so smooth that put all our worries, what if something wasn't done, do we need to come another day etc, put to rest. I would highly recommend Mr.Shah to anyone looking for a real estate attorney. It is really a GREAT deal to have some one by your side who really represents you and we were really happy that we had Mr.Shah representing us.
