Sital Jasvant Shah

I turned to Sital Jasvant Shah based on a recommendation from my family. I will not hesitate to recommend him to my other friends/family. He made my first-time home buying and mortgage experience so easy and understandable. Sital took the time to explain each step of the process to me and answered my... questions promptly and thoroughly, sometimes even late in the night. Communication was flawless via text, email, and phone calls. Sital's coworkers at his firm were also easy to work with. The closing was on a Brand new Townhome in October 2017. All in all, I had an incredibly positive experience with Sital and his team.

Mr Shah has been our family real estate attorney for over five years. He has done four closings for us during this period. The fact that we've used him multiple times is indicative of the services he has provided. We found him to be very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, responsive and clien...t oriented. The most recent closing was September 2017 on a New Construction which had its share of challenges. Throughout the process he kept us up to date and ensured buy side protection. He looks out for his client's interest. His staff is friendly and supportive, which is also an important factor.
