Mr. Shah conducted the closing from beginning to end as if he was closing his own property. The Bank’s attorney would not grant any further extensi...ons from the closing date but Mr. Shah was a skillful negotiator and his experienced showed when he not only obtained a difficult extension of the closing date but at the same time negotiated a credit for the furnace with the bank’s attorney and also completed all paper work in time for me to obtain a township grant. Mr. Shah saved me money as if it was his own money. He is very responsive and knowledgeable and emailed me day and night and even weekends which helped alleviate my stress. I would strongly recommend Mr. Shah for any real estate needs and will recommend him to all of my friends and families.
