I have purchased a single family home back in Oct 2016 and Mr. Shah was my real estate attorney. A few things to note - After consulting about a dozen attorneys, my first interaction with Mr.Shah was simply enough to proceed to hire him as my real estate attorney. Let me tell you why - - He ex...plained the entire process from the time of getting into contract to the point of closing. - How much that would cost me and he even itemized the costs. - He even told me that he is available pretty much all the time for any questions that I may have and true to his statement, he was responsive even on weekends when I had questions about some things finalizing my mortgage with the bank that I had to go with. - My interaction with other attorneys was very brief and pretty much every one gave me a rough number for the fees and other things and said, we may incur another $300-$500 additional depending on the things that adds up before closing etc. I have no clue what those things are and how they get added up. But Mr. Shah was patient enough to explain me every step in detail and what to expect of him through out this entire home buying process. Closing: The closing really took less than 45 minutes, all the documents were in order and ready, his assistant was simply prepared to explain things and you just sign them. Before you realize all the closing is done and you are a New Home Owner. The entire closing process was so smooth that put all our worries, what if something wasn't done, do we need to come another day etc, put to rest. I would highly recommend Mr.Shah to anyone looking for a real estate attorney. It is really a GREAT deal to have some one by your side who really represents you and we were really happy that we had Mr.Shah representing us.

This is my second time using the services of Sital Shah. He helped close on my first home back in 2012. As you can imagine, buying your first home can be a nerve racking experience and finding the right attorney who has your best interest in mind can prove to be just as daunting of a task. Sitals ...ability to build rapport and trust throughout the process was very encouraging and put our minds at ease. He is always willing to walk you through process and answer any questions you may have. As a newbie at the time, I found myself asking the same questions a few times until I really understood the topic. Sital was extremely patient and was ready to educate me as the potential home buyer. Needless to say I required the assistance of Sitals’ office once again in 2017 regarding the purchase of an investment property. Sital was very proactive in finding any “lien-able” items on the property and having them addressed by the other attorney/party. He was also very aggressive in having the other party remediate all of the outstanding items that were outlined during the inspection process.
