Sital Jasvant Shah

This was a big milestone for us - deciding to invest in a new construction townhouse and moving in by July 2017. I must say that working with Mr. Shah was a great choice, we felt taken care off at all times. He was always re-assuring and responded to the smallest of questions/doubts that we had being... first time buyers. He and his office team dealt with care, understanding and we felt we are in the right hands till our closing.

My husband and I sold our affordable housing home in Jan 2018 and used Mr. Shah as our attorney. We used Mr. Shah previously in Sept 2015 when we bought this home and were happy to come back to him! Between both him and Shurine who works in his office, everything was completed in a timely manner and ...they both did not hesitate to keep us detailed orientated regarding all proceedings. Our files were always up to date and they both worked with us after hours via email and phone to ensure all our needs were met. Mr. Shah also took care of the closing without our presence as we were not able to be there. You will not regret hiring Mr. Shah! He is great at what he does. Thanks again Mr. Shah and Shurine!

I engaged Mr Shah to close on my deceased father's home in Monroe NJ December 2017. Mr Shah and his staff, especially Shrine McKnight were responsive to all my questions and concern. Once we got to the closing it was smooth. Shurine was a great asset. This was a new experience for me and Mr Shah was... very patience and detailed in all our dealings. On several occasions his advice saved me money that I was willing to concede.

I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Shah during a "first time home buyers seminar" back in August 17, where he displayed a high level of knowledge and professionalism during his presentation. This led to my wife and I selecting him as we began our process for purchasing his home. From our first convers...ation up until we closed, Mr. Shah and his team "Barbara" were professional, had an amazing response time, and made sure we were not being taking advantage of as first time home buyers. I must say we felt like VIP clients!!!

From the get go, Sital was very prompt in responding to emails. Sital's paralegal, Barbara was very friendly in answering our questions, communicating and following up with the sellers. She worked very well with our realtor to get some positive results. We had very un-cooperative sellers and Sellers... attorneys which made it very hard to negotiate. Sital & team made sure the closing happened on time. I thought it would have been great if he could use his experience to negotiate with these hard sellers.
