I closed a single family home February 2018. Mr. Shah and his and staff are very responsive and answered emails very quickly day and night. The closing itself was very difficult involving few lenders, grants etc but Mr. Shah found a way to navigate through all the issues and managed all the differ...ing personalities and got everyone to the closing table as the Seller almost terminated the transaction after four months of work. This is an art. Mr. Shah also followed up on all issues no matter how small the issue maybe to a first time buyer. Mr. Shah returned calls very promptly and also answered the phone himself very often when I had called. I appreciated knowing Mr. Shah was at my corner every turn. My husband and I sold our affordable housing home in Jan 2018 and used Mr. Shah as our attorney. We used Mr. Shah previously in Sept 2015 when we bought this home and were happy to come back to him!
