We were purchasing our first home, and Mr. Shah was our attorney for the home closing. He made the process so easy and simple, we barely did any work. He took care of everything in a timely manner, and addressed any issues we had. He was absolutely fantastic! Mr. Shah and his team helped me with the closing on two different properties, in the first case I had to terminate due to house inspection issues and the second time I successfully closed the house purchase. Every time I tried to contact Mr. Shah by phone or email he was personally or through his t...eam available and ready to answer and all his answers were clear, to the point, and very knowledgeable. He made the extra effort to send my documents to the other party as soon as I had them ready sometimes even past business hours. He understood my situation and that I was pressed for time and he contacted the opposite party multiple times to try and speed up the process while taking care of all the other aspects related to closing with minimal involvement on my part. He also worked hard to terminate my first contract legally and with no conflict.
