Sital Shah was our attorney when we purchased house in 2010. Bank was holding extra payment on tax for $2k which was found out during regular audit done by Sital Shah office in 2017. I was surprised to see mail from Sital's office last week that I can pick up $2k check. After so many years, this is... rare example of conducting business with highest integrity and putting customer interest first and that is reflected from this episode. Kudos to Sital Shah and his office staff. I am impress with quality of work and I will use their services for other areas as well.

I utilized Mr. Shah legal services to close residential real estate as well as commercial business at least five times in the past eight years. His service was excellent. He called me several times even after working hours to expedite the closing process faster. Sital had represented us in two closings and the most recent closing on March 16, 2017.Mr. Shah was able to navigate through the many pitfalls and minefields that had occurred prior to the closing including a surprise bankruptcy from the seller. Mr. Shah was able to get the seller to reimburse not on...ly the cost for two rate extensions but also some of Mr. Shah’s legal fees for the extra work he had incurred on our behalf. Mr. Shah has patience and a calm demeanor while explaining legal issues to the common folk.One thing is for sure. Mr. Sital Shah provided legal guidance/services on my behalf on a bank owned house. He came highly recommended by my realtor agent and boy was my realtor right about his expertise. During closing he helped explained all the paperwork and really looked out for my best interest. He was even able convin...ce the bank to waived the penalty fees ($150.00 per day) due to delay paperwork from my bank. Total cost of saving was over 2k at closing.
