I used Mr. Shah’s services in 2010 when purchased a single family home. I came back to Mr. Shah when I purchased an investment property during March 2018. I came back to Mr. Shah because he provides outstanding service, responds very well and is very professional and demonstrates great judgment. Mr.... Shah I find is one of the very few attorneys who is very detailed oriented and his main concern is to protect the client. He constantly asked me questions and asked why am I doing something in a certain way. He is very straightforward and gets to the bottom line and always provides sound legal advice. I closed an investment property in March 2018. Mr. Shah was referred to me by my realtor. I did portion of the closing in California and Mr. Shah finished the balance of the closing in New Jersey. Mr. Shah and his team coordinated the closing very well as it was a difficult closing and managing mul...tiple parties. Mr. Shah and his team take the time to explain the process and answered all of my questions as this was my first investment property. I found Mr. Shah to be clear, concise and able to speak in layman terms which was easier for me as a first time buyer to understand the process. The Seller’s attorney and the Seller were very difficult to handle but make no mistake Mr. Shah knows how to handle a difficult situation and has the ability to execute and makes things happen. Mr. Shah often emailed me after hours as I was in a three hour time difference. I found his charges to be reasonable as well and I appreciated how he saved me money and explained were in the process he saved me money. His staff is also very efficient and polite. I will highly recommend Mr. Shah to my friends and family and I will use his services for my next property for sure.
