I have worked with Sital since 2013 for closing two investment properties . One of the property was new construction in 2013 and other is very recently and an existing multifamily home. Sital has been very consistent and detail oriented. You need someone like Sital your side to review these real est...ate contracts and work with other attorney. While reviewing my recent investment property contract, which was complicated and took longer than originally expected and Sital continued to work with all parties involved and successfully closed. I would strongly recommend Sital on your side while closing any real-estate deals old or new construction.

Mr. Shah and his team helped me with the closing on two different properties, in the first case I had to terminate due to house inspection issues and the second time I successfully closed the house purchase. Every time I tried to contact Mr. Shah by phone or email he was personally or through his t...eam available and ready to answer and all his answers were clear, to the point, and very knowledgeable. He made the extra effort to send my documents to the other party as soon as I had them ready sometimes even past business hours. He understood my situation and that I was pressed for time and he contacted the opposite party multiple times to try and speed up the process while taking care of all the other aspects related to closing with minimal involvement on my part. He also worked hard to terminate my first contract legally and with no conflict.
