Mr. Shah came very highly recommended & he lived upto his reputation and then some. We closed our home exactly on time, despite the callous attitude of the sellers attorney. The sellers attorney was unreachable & would not respond to questions. Mr. Shah took it upon himself to constantly follow up... with her & made sure we closed on time.

He knew all the parties involved owing to his networking and record number of closings that he does every year. He contacted them directly and escalated wherever possible.
