Sital has been a partner and friend for our real estate needs. He has helped us with 3 home closings, one of which was a new construction purchase in 2013. Sital is a busy person, sometimes you cannot get a hold of him directly, but his staff typically gets you what you need. Sometimes you will have to wait for him, but overall he keeps in contact and as long as you communicate to him and his staff you should be able to get what you need.
