We closed our house in December 2017. Mr. Shah, helped us throughtout the closing process, especially with a appraisal contingency clause.Not every client is knowledgeable about all the real estate buying/selling process. He made sure, that we understand what is the process and what we are getting in...to. His team were available for any questions and responded quickly. Closing itself was smooth and that Barbara from his office also worked well with us. Mr. Shah and his team made the process as smooth as possible.
