The Bank’s attorney would not grant any further extensi...ons from the closing date but Mr. Shah was a skillful negotiator and his experienced showed when he not only obtained a difficult extension of the closing date but at the same time negotiated a credit for the furnace with the bank’s attorney and also completed all paper work in time for me to obtain a township grant.
