Sital has been a partner and friend for our real estate needs. He has helped us with 3 home closings, one of which was a new construction purchase in 2013. My best memory, and why we stuck with him all these years, was when we purchased our first home and as a part of the negotiations, he made the... seller's lawyer amend the contract on the spot, writing in pen on the contract as Sital dictated to him. Sometimes you will have to wait for him, but overall he keeps in contact and as long as you communicate to him and his staff you should be able to get what you need.
