Mr. Shah came very highly recommended & he lived upto his reputation and then some. We closed our home exactly on time, despite the callous attitude of the sellers attorney. The sellers attorney was unreachable & would not respond to questions. Mr. Shah took it upon himself to constantly follow up... with her & made sure we closed on time.

I have worked with Mr. Shah on at least 5 properties over a span of 10 to 12 years and I have only seen him grow in stature. He is no-nonsense and comes to the point without wasting anyone's time. All my closings happened on time and his price is very reasonable. Price was one reason I approached him... for my first property and just continued with him for the rest of the deals. I want to highlight my most recent deal where I had purchased a bank owned property in auction. There are a lot of parties involved and its a nightmare to coordinate and close on time. The closing can actually happen several months later which can cost you thousands of dollars and a great misery. I was not aware of all this but thanks to Mr. Shah, he nailed the closing. He knew all the parties involved owing to his networking and record number of closings that he does every year. He contacted them directly and escalated wherever possible. He knew exactly how to approach these kind of situations. I would highly recommend him. He has wide network and a great deal of experience in several types of transactions.
