I hired Mr. Zavistoski based on his reviews and could not be happier! I was convicted of a DWI as well as a handful of other charges. He was in constant contact and updated me the whole way. He negotiated a deal to drop the DWI charges to a refusal and open container. Like I said could not be hap...pier with his professionalism and the outcome of the case. I was charged with a DWI in Highland Park. Although the police report contained many non-factual statements and inaccurate portrayal of the entire situation, I retained Mr. Zavistoski the night before the arraignment (where you simply enter a plea of Guilty or Not Guilty). Although if was after bus...iness hours, I was able to get in touch with Mr. Zavistoski, retain him at a very reasonable rate, and despite that the arraignment was the next day, he was able to have it adjourned for about six weeks. After those six weeks had passed, the day of the arraignment had arrived and shortly before we were to enter virtual court, Mr. Zavistoski called me to inform me that he had spoken with the prosecutor and reached an agreement to drop the DWI charge, and several other tickets. Prosecutors will rarely agree to completely dismiss everything, as that would affect their conviction percentage, so I was forced to pay one ticket. The best part of the whole deal, was that this court appearance was simply an arraignment, but Mr. Zavistoski managed to get the case dismissed that day. One and done. No DWI, no more court appearances. I was very pleased with the outcome and would/will recommend Mr. Zavistoski to anyone charged with a DWI. I also found him very easy to deal with, down to earth, and I found him to be a straight-shooter. I think he is honest and will not misinform you and tell you he can definitively get your charges dismissed. I think he would tell you what could, can, or may happen and not falsely pump you up as many lawyers do. As far as I am concerned, I give him an A+.

Mr. Zavistoski represented me in a DWI Drug Charge. He kept me up to date and made me feel very much at ease. In the end he got the DWI DISMISSED and I got no suspension of my license. I hired Robert Zavistoski to represent me in a case involving Driving Under the Influence with alcohol and drugs. I blew a .07 but had prescription drugs in my system that were not supposed to be combined with alcohol. There were 2 charges, one of which was a criminal offense, and he got everything... reduced to a faulty headlight charge! This was also my second DUI so I was looking at potentially losing my license for several months and possible jail time. I could not be happier with his service. Whenever I called he would usually answer but if not he would always call me right back in a timely manner. When I first started to look for a lawyer I called around and consulted with several and he was the least expensive and the most professional. One guy tried to scare me by saying I was looking at years of jail time and wanted $10,000 dollars and said I’d have to take it to trial and hire experts to testify. Robert Zavistoski was a fraction of that cost and was able to settle my case without going to trial and the results were well beyond my expectations!
