Ken White is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney. Currently, less than 3% of active New Jersey attorneys hold any type of board certification. If you were seeking the help of a doctor to address a serious medical condition you would likely seek out a Board Certified medical professional. It is respectfully suggested that your potential divorce / family law matter is no less serious or important, and for that reason you should seek the assistance of a Certified Attorney. For more information about Supreme Court Certification please see the following: .
In addition to having been Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney Ken White has been appointed to the Assignment Judge’s Family Law Committee of Middlesex County. The purpose of the committee is to help shape policy and procedure within Family Court of Middlesex County.
Further, at the request of the court Ken serves as an Early Settlement Panelist in Middlesex County. The Early Settlement Panel is comprised of two attorneys appointed by the court to arbitrate divorce cases on a volunteer basis. Ken has served in this capacity on a regular basis since 2001.
Additionally, Ken has been repeatedly appointed by the Family Court to serve as a Guardian Ad Litem and as a Mediator for the purpose of helping members of the public bring their family law litigation to a successful conclusion.
Whether you are in need of an attorney to help you finalize your divorce in a swift, amicable matter by settlement or an experienced trial attorney prepared to aggressively represent your interests before the court Ken White is the right attorney for the job.
