I've hired Rob Whitman twice. The first time I hired him was for a child custody case. He won me custody of my kid when all the other lawyers told me it couldn't be done, and they were going to charge me much much more. Another time I hired him for some minor charges in municipal court that w...ere totally made up and I was innocent. The prosecutor refused to dismiss even though I had 3 alibi witnesses from my military base stating I was on-base at the time of the violation. The prosecutor wanted me to plea-out to an amended complaint (with a high fine), but I refused because I was innocent. Mr. Whitman fought hard for me, took the case to trial, and got all the charges dismissed. Many of the other lawyers I worked with previously sent me letters in the mail and promised me the pie in the sky. When I met with them, they treated me like crap. Not Mr. Whitman. He's one of the only lawyers I've ever met who is actually affordable and gets results.

I was charged with a felony drug possession case and the first time I went to court the prosecuter wanted me to take a crap deal even thought I was totally innocent. Mr. Whittmann looked at everything and got an idea for filing a motion. He wrote a big motion that was like 30 pages long and the prose...cutor basically gave up and dismissed all my charges. I was totally amazed. The Judge was mad and didnt want the prosecutor to dismiss, but the prosecutor basically said he had no case and I was amazed. Unlike my prior lawyers, who contacted me with letters they sent to me in the mail, a friend told me about Mr. Whittmann. Mr. Whittmann met with me in his office and I knew he was the REAL DEAL-----I met with him a number of times and worked on my case so he could know all the facts. He was so unlike all the other lawyers I ever met. He met with me in person. He was nice and wasnt arrogant and He listened He didn't take the state's first offer and didn't make me roll over our first time in court. He worked hard for me and got my drug case dismissed. He's not flashy like the other lawyers and he doesnt make big promises. BUT he DOES work hard and deliver RESULTS plus he is AFFORDABLE which is more than I can say for alot of other lawyers who charge me alot of money and dont do anything.
