I was charged with a felony drug possession case and the first time I went to court the prosecuter wanted me to take a crap deal even thought I was totally innocent. Mr. Whittmann looked at everything and got an idea for filing a motion. He wrote a big motion that was like 30 pages long and the prose...cutor basically gave up and dismissed all my charges. I was totally amazed. The Judge was mad and didnt want the prosecutor to dismiss, but the prosecutor basically said he had no case and I was amazed. Unlike my prior lawyers, who contacted me with letters they sent to me in the mail, a friend told me about Mr. Whittmann. Mr. Whittmann met with me in his office and I knew he was the REAL DEAL-----I met with him a number of times and worked on my case so he could know all the facts. He was so unlike all the other lawyers I ever met. He met with me in person. He was nice and wasnt arrogant and He listened He didn't take the state's first offer and didn't make me roll over our first time in court. He worked hard for me and got my drug case dismissed. He's not flashy like the other lawyers and he doesnt make big promises. BUT he DOES work hard and deliver RESULTS plus he is AFFORDABLE which is more than I can say for alot of other lawyers who charge me alot of money and dont do anything. I was recommended to Mr. Robert Wittmann by a large, very reputable law firm and he did not disappoint. My problem was that I brought my car to a repair shop to have the transmission fixed and in good faith I paid for the work to be done but after many failed promises to return my car fixed to me, I ...was told my car was burned to the ground. The insurance company for the repair shop refused to hear or honor my claim for refund of monies paid for repairs or for any financial restitution for my destroyed vehicle.
