Let’s start this off with I don’t know how this guy has these google reviews . I’m starting to think they are fake. I was looking for a lawyer for a restraining order my mom had put on me . I’m reached out to a couple of lawyers and they told me about 4,000 and up. I kept calling around and I got in ...touch with ROSS. He told me that he was going to charge me something more affordable. Meanless to say I was in kind of a desperate situation that I needed representation right away. I looked at most of the google reviews and it seemed pretty good, so I went with him. WORST decision of my life . I should’ve of just found a way to pay little more to a better certified lawyer. Every time I asked a question he seemed lik he was annoyed. Texted him multiple times , ignored me . Never sent me any paper work to me until I demanded it from him and I have text messages to prove it. I literally felt like a minnow going into a shark tank today. I wanted to appeal , and he stated there’s nothing to appeal on . That’s not what other lawyers I’ve contacted after I left the court room said. They laughed at me when they found out who I had for representation.! I don’t think Ross thought this was going to be a continuous case. I thought he was going to get this done in one shot, so he put no work or effort into this. He needs to go back to school and not take anyone else in his hands. I guarantee that after this comment it will be said I’m upset I lost. No im upset that my lawyer didn’t fight for me, didn’t have any type of evidence to go in with, and when I told him I wanted to appeal the case he just left without telling me how to do so . … and on top of that he overbooks himself to. He’ll have like three other cases when your case is about to be heard . He’s in in for the fast cash. Shut his firm down immediately

I recently hired Ross Gigglioti to handle a legal matter, and my experience was extremely disappointing. From the start, communication was poor, with emails and calls frequently going unanswered. When I did manage to get in touch, he often seemed disorganized and unprepared, which left me feeling une...asy about the progress of my case. There was a lack of transparency regarding fees, and additional charges were added without clear explanation or prior notice. This created frustration and confusion as the case dragged on much longer than necessary. Most importantly, I felt that Ross did not advocate strongly for my interests. There were moments where his advice seemed inconsistent, and critical deadlines were missed, putting my case at a disadvantage. Overall, I would not recommend Ross Gigglioti based on my experience. I expected professional, attentive service, but unfortunately, that was far from what I received.
