I've hired Rob Whitman twice. The first time I hired him was for a child custody case. He won me custody of my kid when all the other lawyers told me it couldn't be done, and they were going to charge me much much more. Another time I hired him for some minor charges in municipal court that w...ere totally made up and I was innocent. The prosecutor refused to dismiss even though I had 3 alibi witnesses from my military base stating I was on-base at the time of the violation. The prosecutor wanted me to plea-out to an amended complaint (with a high fine), but I refused because I was innocent. Mr. Whitman fought hard for me, took the case to trial, and got all the charges dismissed. Many of the other lawyers I worked with previously sent me letters in the mail and promised me the pie in the sky. When I met with them, they treated me like crap. Not Mr. Whitman. He's one of the only lawyers I've ever met who is actually affordable and gets results.

We've had Rob Wittmann as our lawyer in three separate cases over the past year, and Rob has won all three of them. He's batting a thousand for us! One of the cases was grandparent visitation. He showed wisdom, integrity, and concern in the office and he was an aggressive advocate in court. Even... after court, he followed up on the case with contacts to see how things were going. His fees were reasonable. I would highly recommend Rob Wittmann to represent anyone who needs a good lawyer for family or civil cases.
