Richard P. Console was raised in Haddonfield, NJ and attended the University of Notre Dame, later transferring to Villanova University where he completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree. After graduating with honors (cum laude) he was awarded a merit scholarship to Rutgers University School of Law, where he went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree.


Since graduating from law school, Mr. Console became licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and now has been protecting and representing the rights of injury victims for 25 years as the owner of Console & Associates Accident Injury Lawyers, PC in Marlton NJ.

Concentrating in personal injury, Mr. Console handles all types of serious accident cases, including:

Wonderful Experience!
Richard Console's office (Console and Hollawell) assisted me with an auto accident where I was not at fault. At the start of the case, I was told of the legal procedures for filing a suit for an automobile accident - the laws of NJ regarding auto accidents, the rights of the victims of an accident, the compensation to both myself and Richard Console, and the next step after filing. Throughout my medical treatment, Console and Hollawell would call to remind me of upcoming appointments. At one point, I was not able to make a specific appointment. Console and Hollawell personally changed the appointment for me to a time that was better for me and called to confirm, give directions to the doctor's office, and ask how I was doing. At any point I could call Richard Console's office and get an update on my case. Whoever I talked to was knowledgeable about my case, the laws of New Jersey, and the direction of my case. I am pleased with my choice to have Richard Console represent me!
