Personal injury claim client

Jeffrey has represented me on numerous personal injury and workers compensation claims over the last 20 years. I'm writing this review today because Jeff has again settled ...a personal injury matter for me and obtain a very successful result against all odds and much to my surprise. Former Criminal/WC Client

I was involved in a very serious truck crash as a driver for a small hauling company. My boss and employer required me to do certain things after the crash to hide evidence of the crash. Given the severity of the crash and my stupidity, I listened to my boss and as a result was charged with some pret...ty serious offenses. Jeffrey was direct, honest, straight-forward and handled my matter calmly, professionally and worked hard so I would not face substantial state prison time, lose my CDL, and my ability to earn a living. Jeffrey worked effortlessly with the Prosecutor to get me the best result for a bad circumstance that I placed myself in. Yes I did go to jail and yes I have a criminal conviction for what I did at the direction of a forceful and threatening boss but things could have been a lot worse. Jeffrey gave me good advice, and I was very satisfied with the ultimate outcome. He always called, communicated with me on a regular basis and I dealt with him directly on all major issues that involved by case and my life. Jeffrey told me he was aggressive and hands-on and he truly was involved in every aspect of my case from the beginning to the end. As a result of this very same truck crash, I pursued a Workers Compensation claim that Jeffrey Hark also handled. I sustained serious psychological damage as a result of this truck crash and what my employer compelled me to do following the crash. Mr. Hark took complete control by scheduling me to see a psychologist, making sure I received the Temporary Disability Benefits I was entitled to and ultimately resolved my Comp Claim in a favorable light. Mr. Hark's knowledge of the Workers Compensation system was far beyond what I could imagine. I would highly recommend him to anyone who finds themselves involved in a work related injury.

We are still in the middle of my case

I transferred an old workers comp file to Mr. Hark a few years ago. Since the day I walked into Mr. Hark's office, Jeffrey has listened to my needs, personally communicated to me regularly, either through his staff over the phone, unannounced visits to his office or email. He has provided me with ac...curate, honest, direct and meaningful guidance for what appears to be my career ending work place injury. I felt it important to write a review today while my case is pending based on the employer's orthopedic doctor's recommendations to me. Jeffrey's recommendations and legal counsel were one hundred percent accurate and extremely helpful to me to get the medical treatment I need for my recovery which the employer has denied. Jeffrey is aggressive, aggressive, aggressive. There isn't much more that I can say. I would highly recommend him to anyone who feels their attorney is not working hard enough for them to get the workers compensation benefits (temporary disability payments, medical treatment and permanency award) that they deserve, are entitled to and are not getting through their current attorney.

Attorney's attorney!

I am a local trial attorney who was involved in a pretty serious truck crash 18 months ago. When I showed up in Court one day with my arm in a cast Mr. Hark asked what happened to me. After I described the crash, Jeffrey insisted he represent me (and I not represent myself) due to his significant e...xperience handling major commercial truck crashes involving some of the largest trucking companies in the country. He explained to me the seriousness of my case and the manner in which the trucking industry insurance companies and their teams of lawyers will handle my case. He convinced me I needed someone on my side to work for me so I could focus on getting better and getting back to my professional life and family life! Mr. Hark settled a case that has disrupted my professional life, my personal life and my family life in ONLY 18 MONTHS! He communicated with me via phone, email and regular mail almost weekly! I would be updated on the litigation progress, important Court events, doctor's appointments and discovery issues by Jeff personally, his legal assistant and his secretarial staff on such a regular basis, I knew everything they were doing! Although extremely busy with his other substantial criminal, personal injury and workers compensation practices, Jeff always took the time to discuss the serious issues in my case as well as the areas of weakness. Extremely pleased with Mr. Hark's service

I was in an extremely bad situation that had lasted over two years and the lawyer I was working with was not doing a sufficient job. After learning of the possible consequences I would face I began looking for another lawyer. When I went into Jeffery Hark's office he was very knowledgeable and straig...ht forward with me, nothing was sugar coated. Long story short, I hired him as my lawyer and the case was over within 3 months. I am very pleased with the outcome and Mr. Hark kept me informed throughout the whole process. He was also well known throughout the courts which I felt was a plus. I would definitely recommend Jefferey Hark to handle any case especially criminal.
