This guy should have more than 5 stars!

Five stars is not enough for Mr. Hark. I have never written a review for anybody but I feel compelled because Mr. Hark essentially saved my life. For anybody looking for an attorney to help them with drug addiction, criminal charges, recovery, and the path to normalcy from the depths of drug abuse ...please read on. This is the attorney you need to hire to help you take back your life, to take back your family, and to feel like a person again. As I was spiraling out of control with mental health issues, drug abuse, and long-term drug addiction issues; the law finally caught up with me and I was facing substantial state prison time or possible suicide. Mr. Hark took the time to work with my wife and me over the course of four years from my initial arrest, incarceration, mental health incarceration, and outpatient recovery. One year ago he negotiated a deal for me that included a terrific probationary sentence, no jail time, and all I had to do was continue my mental health treatment and intensive outpatient therapy. We talked on a regular basis and he was personally involved with every aspect of my case every day. He communicated with my wife, got all the necessary documents from my medical providers, and answered any of my questions at anytime whether over the phone or by email. He was personally involved to help me every step of the way. Unfortunately, the depths of my denial were not fully obvious to me when I blew off the probation department and relatively insignificant probation obligations of reporting, community service, continued IOP and mental health treatment. As a result I was again looking at a long state prison term of incarceration. Mr. Hark's patience, excellent direction, and gentle persuasive expertise helped coax me back onto the train of recovery and no jail. As he told me the day that I hired him four years ago, I would be my own worst enemy. I have been my worst enemy, and he has been an excellent attorney and good friend to help me through what I have now ... a long-term physical illness that I must work with on a daily basis. Although the roots of my disease run deep, I am grateful that Mr. Hark was able to communicate to me and communicate to the court in a manner that saved my life. Mr. Hark helped to set up, maintain, and enable me to successfully participate on a regular basis with the appropriate therapy, counseling, antidepressant medication and Suboxone treatment that have enabled me to successfully integrate back into the community as a contributing member of society, as opposed to a jailed inmate labeled drug addict!

Personal Injury Claim Review

I am writing this review to let everyone know about the excellent job Mr. Hark did for me. Late one night I was crossing the street and was struck by a vehicle causing significant injury to my leg. Mr. Hark took the time to come to my house soon after I got out of the hospital to meet with me an...d my girlfriend. Yes, I said he makes house calls. From that moment on I knew I was in good hands. He emailed me regularly and communicated with me through his staff almost weekly. He also personally spoke with me and sent me letters asking me about my medical status so he was informed on a regular basis regarding my progress and eventual discharge. I was pretty impressed with his hands on approach and attention to my details and individual circumstances. After we settled with the driver who struck me and attempted to leave the scene, Mr. Hark was able to obtain additional settlement funds from a resident relative policy in my house. I was totally unaware of this possibility and was pleasantly surprised. Not only did Mr. Hark handle this claim and get me the most available money possible, he did so in less than seven or eight months from the date of loss. I have plenty of friends and acquaintances who are always complaining about how long the legal process takes, how unfair the process is and how their lawyer is not doing this or not doing that for them!! I've got to tell you right now, I can't say that about Mr. Hark. He handled my case professionally, quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I always knew what was going on. He always talked to me after my doctors appointments and discharge. He was very effective with the insurance companies and even gave me a hard time when I didn't do what he asked me to do. Essentially he wasn't taking any BS from anybody, including me!!! I hired Mr. Hark after reading the reviews and looking at his website. Initially I was a little skeptical that all the reviews sounded the same. However, after dealing with Mr. Hark firsthand, I realize all the reviews are 100% accurate and honest. I too recommend Mr. Hark 100% and give him five stars for his effort and excellent results he provided me. I am now able to move on with my life. I know if I have any criminal, Worker's Comp. or personal injury issues in the future I will definitely be calling him and recommending him to all of my family and friends.

Best Choice I've Ever Made

It is finally over! The Worker's Compensation case that changed my life is finally over. I'm writing a review for Jeff because he helped get my life back together and helped me move on with my family. This guy is a fighter you definitely need in your corner. He fought for the best medical treatment... for me, continued temporary disability benefits, additional medical treatment, and ultimately achieved the best results for my circumstances. I had another attorney previously but never felt like they worked hard enough for me and tried to get me the best results. I switched to Mr. Hark after reading reviews about him and getting recommended to him by someone. Jeff took my calls at all hours of the day, helped my wife be less scared and got me back on my feet. I'm sure I'm going to need Mr. Hark in the future because I will have the need to re-open my case in the future. I will definitely turn to Mr. Hark as I know he will not back down and roll over against the insurance companies who wanted to stick it to me. I know I have a lot of ego and though I was a tough guy. Jeff stood up to me and redirected me and my family in the best direction. He help me get back on my feet physically, medically, emotionally and psychologically. He also stood up to the insurance company and stopped them from trying to take advantage of me and my family. I would recommend Jeff for any Workers Comp or Civil case you have. If you are not happy with your current attorney and do not think they are doing enough for you as I did two years ago, switch to Mr. Hark because he will absolutely work for you and get you the best results the same way he did for me and my family. I am glad I switched!!!!!

Highly recommended criminal law attorney

I hired Mr. Hark two years ago to take care of serious State and Federal Criminal charges for my son. The charges were awful and the prospect for any meaningful success was poor. Mr. Hark handled the matter as best he could for us because no matter how things turned out, everybody was going to lose.... I'm writing this review to address how well Mr. Hark tried to help our son. He always communicated with us regarding any developments, good or bad. Jeff was as sensitive as possible with me and as compassionate as possible with my family. He always gave me the opportunity to talk and communicate with him our concerns and worst fears. His empathy and concern for our well-being, as well as our son's well-being, came across during every phone call and every meeting. Jeff never gave up on my son for us during this excruciatingly difficult two year period. After my son plead guilty in Federal Court, Jeff was still fighting for justice and a modicum of success in State Court; which we were able to secure very recently. I would highly recommend Mr. Hark for any civil or criminal matter. He worked with us regarding payment terms and has helped me and my wife through the worst. I am confident Jeff would be able to help anybody reading this review. We knew we could not win our son's case, but the manner in which we proceeded and the sensitivity with which Mr. Hark helped us made circumstances just a little easier to handle.

Great Lawyer

I actually obtain Mr. Hark twice and I would like to point out that he did a spectacular job in both incidents. One incident was an worker's compensation in which the verdict ended in my favor and the other was a driving situation that I can say ended marvelously. Through Mr. Hark and his team workin...g very diligently and carefully findimg the truth and gathering all information I was able go keep a smile on my face and once again shake this Gentlemans hand in satisfaction. He is by far a great man through business and a caring man outside of business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone with legal issues or anything in the lawyers experienced area's should definitely be obtained because he wont upset you.
